How we Work.
Estimate
We will visit your home at a convenient time for you, bringing samples of your chosen colour and style and help you make the right choice. Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll send you a copy of your quotation via email for your consideration.
Templates
We will liaise with you or your Project Manager to schedule the template to accurately capture the size and specification of your work surface.
Installation
When the material has been carefully crafted we will contact you to arrange a time to install your beautiful stone, to give you the final wow you’ve been waiting for. We will install the material with you present, to give you the opportunity to approve.
Courtesy Call
We will call you within a week of install to check that you’re happy with the result, if you have any questions and concerns, let us know and we’ll pop back to see you.
